10 Cooking Modes
Most ovens treat different cooking processes as if they were the same. The Wolf dual convection oven has 10 cooking modes, so every meal you create gets the heat and airflow it needs for delicious results.
The 60cm E series built-in ovens come with Wolf’s exclusive cooking setting, Gourmet mode, which adjusts the time and temperature of a food item based on the amount and size of the food being prepared.
Goodbye Guesswork, Hello Delicious
For each food, the oven knows the best combination of steam and convection – it can sense the food’s moisture content and adjust. Set the time you want to serve the meal, and it will finish at that moment.

Largest Interior Capacity
More than 25 percent larger than similar units, large enough to roast a 7kg turkey, Wolf’s steam oven lets you prepare larger items and even multiple dishes at once.
Easy-Access Water Tank
The oven’s large water tank provides 90 minutes of continuous steam cooking. Thoughtfully designed, it can be refilled when needed without opening the oven door and interrupting the cooking process.
Install the unit flush with cabinetry to seamlessly integrate it into your kitchen design. And since the unit isn’t plumbed, it can be installed anywhere without requiring special water lines.
This mode heats with steam and hot air to give a temperature range of 29°C-99°C. From vegetables and poultry to beans and pasta, gentle steam is ideal for capturing nutrition, colour and flavour.
Reheat mode uses steam and hot air to rehydrate food gently. Using convection and the right amount of moisture, it warms up to four pans of food evenly, without drying, at a temperature range of 98°C-148°C.
Auto Steam Bake Mode
By heating with steam first, then convection heat, breads, buns, rolls and pastries acquire a tender interior and natural shine, no need to brush with an egg wash. Temperatures range from 98°C-229°C.
A fan circulates hot air from a heating element at the back of the oven to distribute heat evenly around food for consistent results and browning. Convection mode temperatures range from 29°C-229°C.
Convection Humid Mode
In this mode, a heating element at the back of the oven produces heat and oven ventilation is sealed so that moisture produced during cooking remains in the oven, with temperatures ranging 29°C-229°C.
Convection Steam Mode
Use Convection Steam for any foods you want to be tender inside and roasted or crisped outside. Convection steam mode temperatures range from 29°C-229°C.
Slow Roast Mode
Slow Roast mode is the ultimate convenience. Insert the probe into your prepared meat, select a slow roast setting, tell the oven what time you want it done, and come home to a perfectly cooked meal.
Use Recipes mode and the collection of built-in recipes to harness the power of the oven’s many different cooking modes to easily cook entire meals from appetisers and main courses to desserts.
Keep Warm Mode
Combined convection and steam heat preserves food’s taste, texture and quality so every bite is as if it were fresh from the oven. Keep multiple plates warm at once to make staggered meal times easier.
